> The 725th will no longer be used as a staging ground for costume submissions and approval.

This goes hand in hand with the Cadet Academy.Members should be actively involved in the assistance and integration of members and cadets through their costume building journey. We want to promote activity and not have this be a group with no activity. As such just like the FISD attache program. Members who fail to be active and of assistance will be removed.
