Ooh you could even consider a custom throne wheelchair if that’s a possibility. If you want to integrate the wheelchair into the costume, other options would be Cliegg Lars (though he isn’t a “bad guy”), or Grand Moff Hissa:

There isn’t a CRL for Grand Moff Hissa specifically, but he could be used as inspiration.
