A couple of things to help you out!
3D printing on clone armor is VERY tricky as the parts all have to basically stack on top of one another and with the layer thicknesses being a constant issue and finishing work being so intensive it is almost always cheaper and more time effective to buy a traditional vacuum formed kit.
