DESCRIPTION:Great neighborhood parade every year\, we are signed up as a walking group\, we are Group number 6\nThe parade is STARTING at Deerfield Elementary and will end at\nHeritage Park.\n– The staging area is located on Harvey Blvd\, near Deerfield Elementary.\nLook for the signs.\n– Be at the staging area NO LATER than 8:30 AM.\n– The parade will start at 9AM and end around 10AM.\n– Enter the staging area from the west.\n– Find your assigned Group # and the leader of that group will place you.\n– I have attached a map of the parade route.\n– The parade line-up\, which could change\, is attached.\n– Please plan accordingly for the weather\, sunblock\, water\, etc\n– IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER: You may not do any activity that would\nstop or pause the flow of the parade.\n–  If children participate in your entry\, they must be supervised at all times\nthroughout the duration of the parade.\n– Spotter Requirement: All entries with a vehicle or float that will be\nthrowing candy or handing out fliers must have at least two (2)\ndesignated spotters (walkers). DESCRIPTION:Pride 2025 is coming up! We will be operating as we have done in the past. As such. Here are some guidelines that have we need to adhere to: \n-NO PROMOTIONAL ITEMS\, HAND OUTS\, OR CANDY. We will not be tossing out or giving items out to the crowd. \n-NO RESTRICTED ITEMS. This will include our prop weapons. \n-SIGNS\, BANNERS\, & COMMUNICATION. We will need a sign or banner that tells people who we are. Our flags should work just fine. Number markers will also need to be carried by someone near the beginning of our entry. \nOur estimated number of participants will be around 60 people based on last year’s attendance. We will plan on having two vehicles pulling two trailers for costumers to ride on. \nThere will be a virtual orientation meeting on May 22nd from 1-2 PM.  If anyone would like to join the meeting\, feel free to reach out to James Beveridge.  Placards will be available for pickup on May 28th from 2-7 PM. \nAlso. 10:00 AM is the KICKOFF time\, not arrival. Please arrive at least 30 mins-1 hour beforehand so that you are prepared to start marching. Please stay hydrated as we will be in summer. DESCRIPTION:MON Jun 30th\, Bountiful City has asked the Bountiful Philharmonia Orchestra to be the official group to kick off the 4th of July Celebration for Bountiful. We will be performing some Star Wars\, Harry Potter\, and Cowboy music\, so we will have various costumed characters in and around the park to enhance the event and interact with the audience. \nLast year was a huge success\, and people are interested in having you guys back if you can make it. The concert will start @ 7pm\, and go for approx. 1.5 hours. \nI can get the same changing area for you guys\, and I’ll provide some light refreshments and water/gatorade for the customers. \napprox. 2000 in attendance\, open-air concert. \nThe audience loved you guys last year. We will be in a slightly different location- just about 200 yards further west from where we were last year. \nBlasters and lightsabers are ok\nSecure changing area north of the concert area\, same as last year.
