DESCRIPTION: The Bachelor of Social Work Student Association (BSWSA) members would like us to participate in their annual Officer’s Hollow Halloween festival. \nOfficer’s Hollow is an event held every year by the BSWSA at Officer’s Circle near Fort Douglas for the students of Title-I elementary schools and their families. The festival provides children with a safe\, enjoyable Halloween experience with a variety of fun activities\, including pumpkin decorating\, trick-or-treating\, face painting\, games\, and arts and crafts. Additionally\, the students residing in Officer’s Circle decorate their homes and allow families to walk through at their leisure. \nThis event is meant to be accessible for children with a variety of needs\, such as allergies\, or disabilities that impact mobility. \n  \nWe would be walking around and interacting with the families and kids who come. As of right now\, we’re  not sure about the weapons or if there will be changing. We will hopefully have more info soon. They also said volunteers will be offered pizza.

DESCRIPTION:Our Cosplay concert will be a live 80 member orchestra playing music for as many cosplayers as we can get music for. As we play music they will come out and interact with the audience. There will be plenty of room/pic opportunity in the foyer before and after the concert too. We plan to have an area for cosplayers to rest and snacks during the concert. We would love to have any number of cosplayers to join us this evening. We usually have about 700 attendees and the concert is all volunteers and free for all to attend.
