SUMMARY:Star Wars Night for Special Needs Individuals
DESCRIPTION:we are doing is a Star Wars themed activity for special needs kids\,  ages 12 up through their twenties.  What I’m wanting to do is have a bunch of stormtroopers/Star Wars characters there about 6:30 to greet the kids as they come into the building.  They have an opening exercise welcome thing from 7:00 to 7:15pm. Then they’ll divide up into groups and rotate from room to room playing different themed Star Wars games for like the next hour or so.  I’m hoping that during that time and towards the end\, if the kids want it\, the cosplayers would take pictures with them.  Some of the kids will have sensory issues\, and will be in a quiet room\, but I bet they’d love to see the characters.  So all together\, I’m thinking it will be 2 or 21/2 hours.  The address is 11400 S 1300 E\, right on the Draper sandy border. I would think anywhere from 4 to 10 people would be awesome!

DESCRIPTION:The Ronald McDonald House has invited us to participate in their Ice Castles event for children at the Ronald McDonald House and their families.  The event is prior the Ice Castles opening to the public so no admission fees are required. \nAs this is on snow and ice\, troopers must have boot cleats for safety.  I prefer the Yaktrax Walk Traction Cleats with the metal on the bottom\, but there are other options available. \nAs this is a great place for photo shoots\, please reserve the hour from 11:00 am – Noon for the kids and their families.  After Noon\, you can take pictures to your hearts content\, but the public will be allowed in at this point\, so we will have to plan around them asking for pictures\, as well. \nPlan on Changing at your vehicle but watch the Facebook page for updated information. \nHeroic will also be at this event\, but they will be in a different section us. \nEvent contact:  Farris Gerard
