DESCRIPTION:Hastur Games in Midvale will be holding their annual Toys for Tots donation drive on Saturday\, November 16th from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm.  HEROIC will be attending\, an all other costumed charity groups are invited and encouraged to attend.  Roland Williams of Hastur will be inside the sotre so we can work with him as far as using the stockroom for changing purposes and for running money inside that motorists give us. \nThe event will be held\, rain or shine and we’ll be outside\, so plan accordingly.  Many cosplayers add holiday flair to the kits. \nAs there will be some random cosplayers not affiliated with any of our groups\, we should be prepared to set an example around good behavior and interacting with the public. \nFrom TJ O’Brien

DESCRIPTION:Washington Blvd. Beginning at 22nd Street and ending at 27th Street \nSaturday\, November 30\, 2019 at 5:30pm \n\nMap & Instructions will be emailed to participants on Tuesday\, November 26th\, so will post more detailed information then. \nTheme for this year is Are You YETI for Christmas. Parade entry must be set up and in place NO later than 5:00 pm. Parade begins promptly at 5:30 pm. \nAll entries must include lights unless prior approval has been obtained from the Special Events Office. \nVehicles not pulling a float must be covered 50% with lights. This is the ELECTRIC LIGHT PARADE and it takes place at night. Entries must be illuminated. Unlit trucks pulling a lighted trailer or float bed are allowed. Nothing may be thrown from floats or vehicles. Candy or other items may be handed to viewers by walkers as part of your parade entry.
