DESCRIPTION:we are doing is a Star Wars themed activity for special needs kids\,  ages 12 up through their twenties.  What I’m wanting to do is have a bunch of stormtroopers/Star Wars characters there about 6:30 to greet the kids as they come into the building.  They have an opening exercise welcome thing from 7:00 to 7:15pm. Then they’ll divide up into groups and rotate from room to room playing different themed Star Wars games for like the next hour or so.  I’m hoping that during that time and towards the end\, if the kids want it\, the cosplayers would take pictures with them.  Some of the kids will have sensory issues\, and will be in a quiet room\, but I bet they’d love to see the characters.  So all together\, I’m thinking it will be 2 or 21/2 hours.  The address is 11400 S 1300 E\, right on the Draper sandy border. I would think anywhere from 4 to 10 people would be awesome!

DESCRIPTION:The event will be a Star Wars themed robotics pre-season competition for local Utah FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition) teams to practice their skills for the upcoming season. FRC is a worldwide competition but we are creating a game to prepare us and other local teams for next year’s challenge. The game is hosted by our team at our school for about 15 local teams to participate in. We would like the participants have an opportunity to have their pictures taken with stormtroopers and to interact with you\, since this year’s game being Star Wars themed.
