DESCRIPTION:Pride 2024 is coming up! We will be operating as we have done in the past. As such. Here are some guidelines that have we need to adhere to:\n-NO PROMITIONAL ITEMS\, HAND OUTS\, OR CANDY. We will not be tossing out or giving items out to the crow.\n-NO RESTRICTED ITEMS. This will include our prop weapons. Sorry folks. \n-SIGNS\, BANNERS\, & COMMUNICATION. We will need a sign or banner that tells people who we are. Our flags should work just fine. Number markers will also need to be carried by someone near the beginning of our entry.\n-HANDRAILS\, VEHICLES\, AND TRAILERS. We will most likely be using trailers again\, so we just need to make sure that they have handrails for our participants if they ride. REMEMBER: ONCE YOU ARE ON A TRAILER\, YOU MUST STAY ON FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE PARADE. IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY\, WE WILL GET ONE OF OUR CROWD CONTROL PERSONELL TO ASSIST. VICE VERSA FOR WALKERS. Walkers must also be either in front or behind our vehicles. NO WALKING ON THE SIDES.\nWe will be attending a parade and safety meeting for more information regarding the parade. That will be held on May 25th at 10:00 AM.\nAlso. 10:00 AM is the KICKOFF time\, not arrival. Please arrive at least 30 mins-1 hour beforehand so that you are prepared to start marching. Please stay hydrated as we will be in summer. DESCRIPTION:Each year we hold the annual Millie’s Princess Run\, our largest event of the year\, in support of two local families. The morning begins with a 5K and KidsK\, followed by a carnival including bounce houses\, rope courses\, balloon animals\, dancing\, and food\, with the highlight being all of the characters who come to support the run and enjoy the party after. Each run has been larger than the last with over 1\,000 runners registered and even more people attending the carnival after. This is a picnic for children who were born with cleft lip and/or palate as well as their families. Being born with facial differences\, it is important for these kids to get together and meet other people like them in a fun environment. DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the even to connect LGBTQ+ and allied BYU students and faculty with resources and community at the start of the school year. This is usually the first pride event many of the attendees have ever been to.\nSchedule is being finalized but about 12-1:30pm\, folks will gather in\, hear speeches\, and go on a march around the park. Upon returning\, 60 vendors of various types\, including artisans\, non-profits\, local businesses\, and food trucks will be available. 5 local bands will play throughout the day\, and at about 6:30om\, the vendors will shut down for the evening’s final performances.\nWe are a registered 501(c)3 non-profit\n——————————————————————\nAll local Star Wars groups are welcome\, blasters and sabers permitted\, and a secure staging/changing area will be provided. DESCRIPTION:Our event is a celebration of our NF ( Neurofibromatosis ) Heroes and their families. We have face painters\, games\, live music\, and other activities for everyone to do starting at 5 PM when registration opens. Then around 6:00 PM we will have a short program before we have our physical walk. Afterwards\, we will have snacks and more fun before everyone heads home. In the past\, the characters have helped send our walkers off and then greeted them when they have returned.\n\nThis is a change at your car event\nblasters and light sabers are ok\nwater and snacks provided\nthis is a public park and restrooms are available but they are public restrooms not secure chaning areas  there are places to park away from that pavillion and a short walk over if you dont want to change right there.
