DESCRIPTION: The Bachelor of Social Work Student Association (BSWSA) members would like us to participate in their annual Officer’s Hollow Halloween festival. \nOfficer’s Hollow is an event held every year by the BSWSA at Officer’s Circle near Fort Douglas for the students of Title-I elementary schools and their families. The festival provides children with a safe\, enjoyable Halloween experience with a variety of fun activities\, including pumpkin decorating\, trick-or-treating\, face painting\, games\, and arts and crafts. Additionally\, the students residing in Officer’s Circle decorate their homes and allow families to walk through at their leisure. \nThis event is meant to be accessible for children with a variety of needs\, such as allergies\, or disabilities that impact mobility. \n  \nWe would be walking around and interacting with the families and kids who come. As of right now\, we’re  not sure about the weapons or if there will be changing. We will hopefully have more info soon. They also said volunteers will be offered pizza.

DESCRIPTION:This is a fundraising event for Hogle Zoo. The patrons will be 21 years old or over. Alcohol will be served to them\, but per our Event Contact\, our area will be a “dry zone” of sorts\, where we can pose for pictures with patrons but they will not be allowed to bring any drinks into our area. \n  \nRegardless\, please remember our LFL/Disney guidelines. Do not hold anyone’s beverage (or any other belongings). Do not take any inappropriate photos with guests. Spotters/Support Staff that attend will need to be on the lookout for any potential risks.
