SUMMARY:Shine a Light NF Walk Utah
DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Shine a Light NF Walk is a fundraising event to benefit the Children’s Tumor Foundation and help end NF. Neurofibromatosis\, or NF\, affects millions of people worldwide\, but few have heard of it and there currently is no cure. The Shine a Light NF Walk brings NF out of the shadows\, raising awareness and funding research to help better the lives of those living with NF.\n\nOur event is a celebration of our NF Heroes and their families. We have face painters\, games\, live music\, and other activities for everyone to do starting at 5 PM when registration opens. Then around 6/6:30 PM we will have a short program before we have our physical walk. Afterwards\, we will have snacks and more fun before everyone heads home. In the past\, the characters have helped send our walkers off and then greeted them when they have returned.\n\nReferred by: The 501st Legion has supported our event in dozens of cities for years now\, including our Utah event. We would love to have you all involved in our walk this year to help make it an even better day for our participants. The characters are always a huge hit with our kids!\n\nThis is at sugar house park at the sugar beet pavillion\nlight sabers and blasters are ok\n\nNO secure changing area\, this is a change at your car event.
