DESCRIPTION:From the contact: “South Ogden City is holding our annual family night event on Friday\, June 20th as part of our South Ogden Days festivities. The character group we partnered with last year has since closed. I’ve worked with your organization many a times with other events and wanted to see if we might be able to have you participate in this one. \nThe event consists of some interactive community booths\, and we give away free ice cream and everything is free (including attendance) except for the fire department selling hot dogs for those interested. If you have a pop-up canopy\, your group is welcome to hang out under it for character photo ops and promote what you do in general. Or roaming is fine but it does get warm.” \nWe are looking into getting a canopy for this event for a staging/changing? area. Blasters and lightsabers are ok for the event.
