DESCRIPTION:Great neighborhood parade every year\, we are signed up as a walking group\, we are Group number 6\nThe parade is STARTING at Deerfield Elementary and will end at\nHeritage Park.\n– The staging area is located on Harvey Blvd\, near Deerfield Elementary.\nLook for the signs.\n– Be at the staging area NO LATER than 8:30 AM.\n– The parade will start at 9AM and end around 10AM.\n– Enter the staging area from the west.\n– Find your assigned Group # and the leader of that group will place you.\n– I have attached a map of the parade route.\n– The parade line-up\, which could change\, is attached.\n– Please plan accordingly for the weather\, sunblock\, water\, etc\n– IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER: You may not do any activity that would\nstop or pause the flow of the parade.\n–  If children participate in your entry\, they must be supervised at all times\nthroughout the duration of the parade.\n– Spotter Requirement: All entries with a vehicle or float that will be\nthrowing candy or handing out fliers must have at least two (2)\ndesignated spotters (walkers). Spotters must be at least 16 years old.\n– Safety Guidelines for Spotters: Spotters must walk along the parade\nroute next to their entry (float\, vehicle\, etc.).\n– Spotters must walk to the edge of the crowd to distribute items\nsafely.
