DESCRIPTION:Primarys childrens hospital may star wars event held in the young foundation activity center.\nfirst come first serve\, others will be held as alts\nmax characters: 9\nspotters: 2\nThis year we asked if we could help with anything they need\, they said yes\, could you guys bring light sabers pool noodles ( pool noodles cut to a good length for kids with light saber markings\, single and double bladed etc..) we need about 50-60.\nPlease dont complicate this event here are the rules no more no less \, ( do not add what you think you have heard in the past \, much of it has been not true)\n1. clean your armor or soft parts… nothing else needs to be said\n( no one is going to check\, also bath and be clean under the costume)\n2. if you are sick dont come!!! … nothing else needs to be added\n3. do not ask children why they are in the hospital.\n4. Be aware of your surroundings\, many of these children have tubes and iv’s etc.. ( watch where you are stepping and walking \n5. have fun\, many of the children will not respond like you might imagine because of the medication and the pain/trauma they are going through.\n6. No taking pictures of children\, they can take pictures with us\, which is fine\, picture taking with staff is ok \n7. Have more fun \nIf you would like to help with the light saber noodles post in the event comments \n\nno blasters \, light sabers are ok\n\nchanging area is tight but we have an area to change in\n\nthe troop is officailly at 1pm but need to be there latest 12:15pm to check in and change

SUMMARY:Star Wars Week- May the Fourth Be with You (Day 2)
DESCRIPTION:From the requestor: A request was made earlier this year\, but we had to move the scope back a bit. We are still planning on having the Empire take over the library on May 1. There will be a variety of rebel activities in the evening /afternoon throughout the library. We would love a couple of stormtroopers to walk through and give staff and patrons a bit of a hard time. The kids that would get the biggest kick out of seeing Storm troopers walking through the library are here between 4:00-6:00. The dream is that two of you would do a 20-30 minute security check sometime between 4-6\, Wednesday\, Thursday\, and Friday. Walk through the library\, check ID\, pose for pictures\, threaten a few librarians\, look for rebels. Play with our people and make this an amazing experience. We have changing space\, a parking lot\, elevator\, and rabid fans. (Two of them work here and are already losing their minds. Just a heads up.)\n\n\nSecure staging/changing area will be provided. Blasters and lightsabers are permitted
