SUMMARY:Bluffdale Celebration Parade
DESCRIPTION:We have been selected to participate in the Bluffdale Celebration Parade.  A rule form has been sent with the following stipulations: \n  \nPARADE RULES & GUIDELINES\nSaturday\, August 12\, 2023 9:00 am\nWaivers and forms must be submitted no later than July 29th. Please email us a copy of all waivers\nsigned and any last minute sign ups will need a physical copy of the waiver on the day of the parade.\nListed below are the rules and guidelines to be followed.\n● Parade line-up time 7:30 am Parade start time 9:00 am\n● Location is at Summit Academy Independence (15327 S Noell Nelson Dr\, Bluffdale\, UT 84065)\n● Please note: Once in the parking lot floats will be divided into two lines on the left and right\nsides of the lot. We ask that all floats and participants stay clear of the space in between the\nlines of floats. Please help us run a safe and smooth parade by not obstructing that space.\nThank You!\nRULES:\n1. The official entry form should be received by July 15th\n2. ALL participants\, including driver\, passengers\, etc. MUST sign participants form.\n3. Multiple pages of the OFFICIAL participant form are acceptable.\n4. Additional Participant Forms can be added until 30 minutes prior to the start of the parade.\n5. ALL MINORS MUST have a parent or guardian signature.\n6. Parade marching order will be determined by the parade committee. (We will send you an email a few\ndays prior to the parade what the line up is going to look like)\n7. All entries MUST keep moving with the flow of the parade\, even when distributing promotional items\,\ncandy\,etc.\n8. Persons riding on a float MUST remain on the float at all times.\n9. Entries with minors walking MUST have at least 2 ADULT spotters in front and 2 ADULT spotters\nbehind them.\n10. Candy or other items may be distributed in a safe manner to spectators outside the line of march.\nPlease provide your own candy or items.\n11. Parade units will be required to be in the assigned staging area by 7:30am.\n12. Parade floats must meet fire code compliance. (Fire extinguishers are required on each float).\n13. Number for entry will be given upon check-in & must be placed on the left side of entry.\n14. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the parade chairman.\n15. Entries accepted after July 15th are not guaranteed to be announced.\n16. All entries will follow the proper ingress and egress routes.\nThe parade committee reserves the right to cancel any accepted entry at any time should it be determined that the\nentry does not comply with the parade rules and regulations. The purpose of the Parade is to provide fun\, relaxation\,\nentertainment\, and patriotism for the citizens of Bluffdale and its viewing audience. The safety and operation of your\nfloat\, group\, or organization is your sole responsibility. \nThis will be a change at car event.  Attendees will be provided a waiver that must be signed and submitted by July 29th.  Signed waivers can be sent to the event coordinator.PARADE RULES GUIDELINES
