DESCRIPTION:Hello!\nWe are excited to host our 2nd annual May the 4th be with you. Last year\, we had 5 incredible characters join us and the students LOVED it. We are ready to take it to the next level this year. We would like to provide a changing area\, lunch for all of our characters and a custom Star Wars shirt for all of our characters. DESCRIPTION:  \nEDIT: this event is full. Please reach out to James Beveridge or Ben Driggs if you are interested in being an alternate. \nStar Wars related activities with the kids will be provided. Hospital staff and volunteers will be present to help and will take some members in small groups to rooms where children are too sick to leave. To attend this event\, you must be able to be aware of surroundings while in costume\, many children will be in the party room with IVs and other medical devices. \nRestrictions: \n\n10 max costumer and 2 spotters\, equaling 12 total attendees. This is a crossclub event\, only say you are going if you are planning on taking one of these slots. Additional spotters or guests will NOT be allowed past the front desk.\nFace masks must be worn at all times (including under a full-face helmet). Troopers\, this means you need antifog in your lenses as we also need to ensure we’re not tripping over medical devices.\nValid ID must be presented at the front desk for a guest badge\nNo blasters (lightsabers okay)\nClean and sterilize your costume as best you can. They will not be checking dry cleaning receipts\, but do as much as you reasonably can.\nIf you are sick (as mild as it may be)\, STAY HOME!\n\nArrive early so you can check in (1:15 is recommended). Park in the parking garage and check in at the front desk. They will direct you. There is an area that we can change in but it is not fully private. A couple bathrooms are available for those who need more privacy.
