DESCRIPTION:This is Lehi High School’s charity carnival to raise money for Make a Wish. Each club at our school is doing a booth\, and our characters are being requested to help with their Photo Op booth. All clubs are invited.\n\nOur contacts are asking for no more than 10 characters for their event from 6 PM to 8PM. As this is an event at a public school\, they have requested the following:\n\n* No Blasters or any prop resembling a real firearm. Lightsabers are permitted.\n* Family friendly/Modest costumes only. Examples of costumes the event contacts consider inappropriate for their venue are Huttslayer Leia\, Aayla Secura\, and some of Ahsoka Tano’s outfits.\n\nThere will be a changing area provided in one of their classrooms. DESCRIPTION:What: Aviators Star Wars Night\nWhen: Two Shifts!\nShift 1: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM\nShift 2: 7 PM – 9:30 PM\nLead for Coruscant Base: Celeste Proudfoot\nLead for Event: James Noice\n\nMore info:\nWe are back for another Star Wars night at the Ballpark! This event is very popular with the fans and has been a sellout crowd every year. Due to the number of events on the weekend of April 29\, there are now two shifts so people can spend a shorter time at the Ball Park.\n\nWe will be participating in a Make A Wish reveal at the start of the game and as always\, we will be taking sign ups for anyone who would like to be part of the on the field activities during the game.\n\nOther than that we will be splitting up into small groups and interacting with the guests and taking pictures. We will try to take a large group shot between 7-8pm when the shifts overlap.\n\nWe have (7) Spots for costumed characters for both shifts. Let me know which shift you want to attend. We are giving priority to costumed characters\, but if you want to handle for this event please let me know. \n\nEnter the Ballpark will be from the east side of the stadium through the Loading Dock door. We will have a spot to change and restrooms and food and drink will be provided.\n\n*Duplicate characters are OK ( Chewbacca/Darth Vader/Princess Leia) but will need to be spaced out.\n* Blasters are OK\n*Lightsabers are OK
